The Harvest & Hatch Exchange Program combines the best of both worlds — innovative STEM-based gardening and hands-on poultry science — to empower youth ages 7-17 with skills in sustainability, agriculture, and community service. Through this program, participants learn how to grow fresh, nutritious food and care for poultry while using modern technology to promote healthy living and stronger communities.
We aim to equip youth with knowledge and hands-on experiences in sustainable agriculture by uniting gardening and poultry science. Participants will discover how food systems work from the ground to the table, develop leadership and teamwork skills, and give back to their communities through service projects that promote health, sustainability, and equity.
